    • Damaged by User: Items that show signs of misuse, water damage (if not rated waterproof), or attempted self-repair.

2. How to Start a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  3. Select the items you wish to return and tell us why (we love feedback!).

3. Refunds

Since your order was paid via Cash on Delivery, we will issue your refund via Bank Transfer or [Digital Wallet Name, e.g., JazzCash/EasyPaisa].

  • How to get your refund: Once your return is picked up and inspected, our team will contact you via WhatsApp or Email to request your refund details.

  • Information Required: You will need to provide:

    1. Account Holder Name

    2. Bank Name

    3. IBAN or Account Number

  • Processing Time: Once you provide your bank details, the transfer will be completed within [3-5] business days.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items
